Breaking news , as Lieutenant Charlie Brown returns to Racoon City. he will now establish the RCPD law. Seeing that the Military has already established a base, the Lieutenant strongly suggests all humans out there be hiding in the humans base, where the RCPD is .

Anyways, Keep your eyes on the humans. I heard that the people in charge of Veronica Lab are picking people up
and testing on them viruses.

You might be the next project, we never know.

Breaking News: Young man, estimated at the age of 25, was found dead last in an alley beside a so called 'Testing Lab'. Samples have been taken from his blood for further inquiries.
